Grade A refurbishment from Russells

Russells Construction is undertaking the upgrade of four buildings at Towers Manchester, the 20-acre business estate in Didsbury. Completion of the first phase of the £1.8m refurbishment project has seen the 8,000 sq ft Spectrum House launched back to the market. Kingston, Honeywell and Scotscroft are now in the process of being updated, along with the external and communal areas of the whole site.     

Next step for Baildon Business Park 

Plans have been submitted for the next phase of development at the Baildon Business Park near Bradford, a £15m joint venture between Russells Construction and developer Pendle Projects. Already 44,000 sq ft is pre-let to high tech firms Produmax and Anetic Aid and another 14,000 sq set to be built speculatively. Agents are in discussion over the remaining 80,000 sq ft, with a number of firms already in negotiation.

Luxury home scheme set to top out

Construction at Alderley Villas, the luxury residential development from Russell Homes, is set to top out this month. Two of the four Victorian-inspired villas have been sold off-plan.  Now Russells will commence the internal fit out, completing the high-specification homes by the end of the summer.

Russells Construction has been shortlisted for the Construction News Awards 2014. One of five finalists in the Tomorrow's Company category, for firms under £50million turnover, making the shortlist recognises Russells' growth and success over the last three years.
