Russells replaced around half of the glazing panels in the 21-storey building, replacing solar film, painting window frames and installing enhanced draught proofing. The external gable elevations were also refurbished.
An aesthetically pleasing, environmentally conscious landscaping solution was also employed at the front of the building. Russells installed new paving, railings, lawn and planted areas to create an enhanced public realm, including installation of 34 Silver Birch trees and associated irrigation.
